Shipping, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days depending on the delivery location.

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

- Delivery location

- Order weight

Note: Free shipping may be available on selected orders or above a certain purchase value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email address.

You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.

5. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products such as Baby Foods, Spices, and Pickles, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

- The product was damaged during delivery

- You received the wrong product

- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Important:

Opened or used food products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

6. Return Process

To request a return:

Please include:

- Your order number

- Details of the issue

- Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved:

- Return instructions and return address will be shared

After inspection:

- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns, including:

- Damaged products

- Defective items

- Incorrect items received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Share clear images of the product and packaging

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase

Note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the issue occurred due to an error from our side.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

9. Food Safety & Compliance

MASLOVE follows proper food safety and hygiene standards during the preparation, packing, and handling of all products.

All products are:

- Prepared under hygienic conditions

- Properly packed and sealed

- Provided with labeling including ingredients, expiry date, and storage instructions

Customers are advised to store products according to the instructions mentioned on the packaging.
